Typhoid vaccine for children over 2 years of age, adolescents and adults. The vaccine is injected into the upper arm.
Vaccination scheme
Vaccinate with 1 dose on the selected day.
Re-vaccination is carried out every 3 years if necessary.
When is it necessary to postpone vaccination?
You must not be acutely ill at the time of vaccination, physical exertion, visiting the sauna, solarium, or large consumption of alcoholic beverages is not recommended on the day of application. The interval between the previous and next vaccination must be at least 2 weeks. You must not take antibiotics at the time of vaccination.
Most commonly reported side effects
Soreness, tenderness, redness and swelling at the injection site.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding
In case of high risk of infection, pregnancy is not a barrier to vaccination. It is possible to vaccinate during breastfeeding.
