Influenza vaccine for adults and children as from 36 months of age. The vaccine is applied to the upper part of an arm. It is recommended to simultaneously apply also the vaccine Pneumo 23.
The vaccination is performed by one dose on the selected day.
The vaccination is repeated every year.
When it is necessary to postpone the vaccination?
You mustn´t suffer from any acute disease at the time of vaccination. On the day of application it is recommended to avoid any strains, sauna or excessive alcohol drinking. At least 2 weeks must have elapsed from / to the next vaccination. You mustn´t take antibiotics at the time of vaccination.
Most frequently reported undesirable effects
Soreness, sensitivity, redness a swelling in the point of vaccination, fever, Headache, whole body pains, perspiration, shivering, fatigue.
Vaccination can be considered as from the second trimester of pregnancy. Pregnant women in health conditions increasing the risk of influenza complications occurrence are recommended to get the vaccination regardless their pregnancy stage. Vaccination while breastfeeding is possible.
